Andrea Piccini confirms his performance in the 24 Hours of Spa’s Superpole with the third overall place on the grid and first in Pro-Am class. The Ferrari 458 GT3 prepared by Kessel Racing Team is clearly the best of the cars from Maranello. The time of 2’18″176 recorded by the 37 year-old driver of Sansepolcro was higher by just 46 thousandths of a second than the Audi R8 LMS driven by Frank Stippler, with whom Piccini triumphed in the same race three years ago. Among Stippler and Piccini there’s a McLaren driven by Kevin Estre.
